| AMT is a relatively new
company and was formed by Managing Director Gerry Thompson
in July 2005. |
| My background is that I
have been a Director of a very successful electronics
company based in the UK. However after selling my shareholding
I visited Bulgaria in 2004 with my wife for a long awaited
break. |
| I instantly fell in love
with this wonderful country. When arriving back into the
UK, I decided to purchase two properties on the Black
Sea Coast. |
| In July 2005 I formed AMT
Holidays Ltd a family run business to bring tourism and
investment to Bulgaria. |

| One of AMT's aims is to
help and benefit local communities through tourism in
Bulgaria. Tourism revenue support's the conservation of
national parks and cultural heritage sites as well as
cash reaching the local people. |
